What we collect

We collect the delivery email, meeting configuration, optional safe team facts, payment references, generation status, and product events needed to provide the kit. We do not require employee emails or legal names.

What not to enter

Do not enter medical, salary, performance, protected-trait, confidential, discriminatory, or other sensitive employee information.

How it is used

Configuration is used to generate and deliver the purchased kit. Optional team facts are not written to general application logs or analytics.

Optional email follow-up

If you separately opt in while building the game or at checkout, we may create a HubSpot contact and cart record and send one reminder about the unfinished game. This email choice is separate from website measurement and can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe link in any follow-up email.

Analytics and advertising measurement

For this US-only launch, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure page visits and funnel events such as preview, checkout start, and purchase. These tools do not receive optional team facts, private kit links, or delivery email addresses from our browser tracking.

Retention and deletion

Kit content and configuration are retained for up to 90 days unless deleted sooner. Deleting a kit removes its content and private access. Minimum payment and audit identifiers may be retained where operationally or legally required.

Providers

A live deployment may use OpenAI for structured generation, Stripe for payment, PostgreSQL for persistence, Resend for transactional email, HubSpot for consented CRM and cart follow-up, Google Analytics for site measurement, and Meta for advertising measurement. Fixture mode uses local deterministic product providers.

Your choices

Every private kit page includes a deletion action. For access or deletion help, use the contact page.
