Failed delivery

If a verified $49 payment cannot produce a usable kit after reasonable retries, contact support with the public order ID. We will retry delivery or refund the purchase.

Quality concerns

Review and edit the kit before use. If the delivered material materially fails the stated work-safe product description, contact support within 14 days.

Completed downloads

Because this is an instantly delivered digital product, change-of-mind refunds are reviewed individually after the private kit or PDF has been accessed.

How to request help

Use the contact page and provide only the public order ID. Never send a private kit token or card information.
